Clare is an Holistic Health consultant, practitioner and author, today Clare’s focus is the integration of holistic wellness principals and dance to widen understanding of the significant potential role of dance in innovative global health and wellness solutions. She developed specialist training for PTs, therapists and dance educators, ‘dancing longevity’®, an holistic approach to learning for older adults and special needs groups that consolidates the latest sports science ‘attentional focus’ and optimum teaching research of Gabriele Wulf Phd for enhanced global performance.

For the University Côte d’Azur she designed ‘Danse Seniors’, a ‘first’ in France, integrating Dance Teachers with Physiotherapists and Therapists in a University accredited training. In her work with elite professional dancers Clare uses an ‘holistic ballet’™ approach to training which she delivers for Finnish National Ballet, Ballet de L’Opèra du Rhin, The Royal Ballet, Norway National Ballet, Opèra de Paris-Opèra Université and the RAD Professional Dancer’s Postgraduate in Teaching, Berlin Staatsballett.

Originally a performing artist herself, Clare began her career choreographing with composer Philip Glass and became resident choreographer & later director at English National Opera, London. She created choreography & productions for The Lyric Opera of Chicago, Los Angeles Opera, Seattle & San Francisco Operas, Het Nationale Opera, Wiesbaden & Kiel
